整张专辑的制作人，如光良、马毓芬、薛忠铭、郭子本身都具有歌手身份，他们在奶茶的配唱方面，让奶茶找到过去没尝试过的音乐唱法；在创作人部分，光良、陈小霞、TANYA、陈冠 、郭子、许茹芸，本身也都是歌手，能在奶茶配唱当下将把优点强化，使歌曲更感人动听；而其中，刘若英自己、KIRORO的玉城千春、陈小霞、TANYA蔡健雅、许茹芸、王中言、陈冠 、毛毛等等，都是女性创作人，对于奶茶个性上细腻的描写，以及音乐质感的提升，有长足的贡献。
歌词方面，网罗许常德、施人诚、陈没、姚若龙、王中言等国语乐坛超级写词好手。「后来」这首歌是日本纯情巨匠玉城千春作曲，帮奶茶写「很爱很爱你」歌词的施人诚二度为奶茶作词，希望再辟一经典之作。「我等你」中瑞业的词：「我等你，半年为期，逾期就狠很把你忘记，你应该已经和她公开在一起。」以及<左岸>里王中言写下「心的左岸….有什么已经死去，悲伤将被风干…」许常德的<四月天>中，「放你走，换我忧…也许我真的爱的，你给不了我。」陈没的<人之初>中「人之初，爱之深，这么久以后，没想到又想到那一个人。」都针对了奶茶的性格与语气作了最深入的揣摩。
专辑花絮:
